Social Connection
The implementation work group for Social Connection is co-chaired Teresa Davis, Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Illinois Arts Council, and Sandy Pastore, Senior Policy Advisor at the Illinois Department on Aging. Members include people with expertise in public health, aging services, arts & culture, and health equity.
